If you are looking to biomass, please state [WTB] 'Want to Biomass,' initially listing the Lifetime SP value of a clone you want to biomass for payment and an in-game contact for negotiation of price. If you are looking to purchase death benefits, please state [WTF] 'Want to Fund,' providing an ISK figure you would be willing to pay for clone death. Jadek Menaheim Ancient Textiles. 2817	Posted - 2014.04.23 09:29:00 - [2] - Quote Preface to Biomass Challenge In recent news, the Dust Challenge Lottery has reached over 1 Billion ISK in non-bpo / non-officer weapon trade goods. To have a high statistical probability of winning this lottery, a player must gain a LOT of tickets through the completion of challenges. One such challenge is called 'biomass yourself for tickets.' The biomass challenge has two primary payout systems; a ticket payout and a challenger modifier bonus. 1. The ticket payout favors high SP characters destroying clones holding many AUR and Blueprint Original Items. A high SP player, for example Jungian, a 40 million SP biomass, would inject 16513 tickets into the hands of a player who was named or brought the rights to use these lottery benefits from Jungian; however, there is a considerable amount of risk and loss in this high biomass approach. While it does provide an large boost of tickets, the biomass challenge system is designed to award groups of individuals playing the long game. 2. The challenge modifier system. If you have ever played cookie clicker, you are awarded production speed modifiers called heavenly cookies for resetting your account at various tiers. However, in the case of my biomass challenger I am awarding higher modifiers for lower SP characters that diminish over time as SP level rise. A 4 million SP character will provide the highest bonus (4x), whereas Jungian's 40 million SP character for example would only provide (1.9x). These modifiers also stack without penalty to corporation bonuses found in both Spaceballs the Business Venture [SKROB] and Ancient Textiles [-AT.-] provide modifiers while a player remains within the corp (explained in detail here). To illustrate, a player within Ancient Textiles. gains a 3x modifier by joining added to a 4x gained by purchasing the death rights to a 5 million SP character, they naturally now have 7x. If they player was to write 1000 challenge ideas for the Big Shot Bounty Board they would hold 7000 tickets in completion of those challenges alone. I don't always fight dropships, but when I do... The 100 million you are asking for is inflated if you really think about the likely supply and demand of these items--even the BPO Recruit Militia Dropsuit. Take for example the 74 Black Eagle Suits you showed. Due to player events and market sales run by CCP the player base is saturated with these items and will likely not rise in value until they have been eaten up six months down the line of a player market opening. By biomassing this content, players are not able to use this goods. People buy things to show them off. However, it's also important to note that by destroying items you affect the value of these items to a degree because you are shrinking the potential availability of them on a potential player market. Finally, BPOs actually hold more ticket value if you biomass them on a very high SP character because of a designed percentage modifier. TL:DR If you have BPOs or Officer Gear on a low SP, hold off on biomassing that character until a player market/transfer tools become available. You will get more out of an ALT that way. [40 million isk per match] Xer Cloud Consortium Pays Ringers Better than Anyone! How it was set up was a the corp would grind to build up enough for a clone pack and ringers would be asked to join the corp to compete for a prize payout.
